I am probably just spacing out atm, but I was bringing each of my chars to the Menagerie to offload pets and one of my chars apparently hasn't been to GToB. It's not on my map and it's not listed with Kam, Kaineng and LA..... how else does one get there?

You got a 'run' to the other continents at some point with that character, and aren't technically supposed to be there yet? (Just a quick guess, is it a NF character?)

Travel to a port town like LA and you will be able to travel to and unlock Great Temple of Balthazar
